• Monday, August 18, 2025 10am- 12pm **8 slots available**
• Located in Chandler at The SPEAK Center (Ray/Arizona Ave) at 501 W. Ray Road Ste 1-2 Chandler, AZ 85225
• Reserve a timeslot between 10 am and noon, at https://go.oncehub.com/FreeSpeechScreening or call us at (480) 296-2363
• 15 minute in-person screening to assess if a full evaluation is recommended for speech therapy services
• Screening by The SPEAK Center's Founder and CEO, Ebony Green, M.S., CCC-SLP
