3:00 PM arrive and set up.

5:00 PM Friday evening meal – We will provide

9:30 AM Discussion / demonstration – waiting for feedback to finalize the topic. Some suggestions are: cooking techniques, fire starting, types of fires for different purposes, woods/charcoals, Campfire cooking equipment

10:30 AM prepare for lunch12:00 PM Lunch is on your own

2:30 PM prepare for evening meal

5:00 PM evening meal – pot luck, everyone cooks and shares.

Sunday

9:00 AM breakfast – we will provide multi-grain porridge and jam. You can cook if you want.

Pack up and leave by noon
