Restorative Yin Yoga infused with Reiki and vibrations from Himalayan Singing Sound Bowls

Please join us for an evening of Yin Yoga, Sonic Alchemy and Reiki. On Saturday, August 9th from 6:30 to 8pm, we will be hosting this style of class again at Fusion Beauty Collective. It is our pleasure to host another class at this location. The last class held here was intimate and potent, come help us create that same energy again!

Andrea, our Yoga Instructor will guide you through a series of yin poses that will get you in touch with parts of yourself that have been kept in the dark for a while. She will remind you of the importance to go within and lean into areas of the body that need love and attention. While holding these poses for about 3-5 minutes, Paul will be playing the Himalayan Singing Sound Bowls with a sequence intentionally chosen for each pose. He plans to infuse each frequency with a deep remembrance of your truest self, enhancing purpose and igniting the Spirit of everyone in the room. Amber will be working with all the Life Force Energy in the room, performing group reiki, as well as traveling through the room and giving reiki directly to the body with light touch while you’re in yoga poses. All of these modalities are designed to nurture self-love, reduce stress and anxiety, and help release stored emotion and trauma.

What to bring: yoga mat, yoga blocks or bolsters if you have and use them, water, your intentions, a friend, and your open heart.
