Join Ostara’s Burlesque Co-op for a transformative Empowerment Dance Workshop that blends pole fitness, burlesque flair, and unapologetic self-expression. Whether you're a total beginner or seasoned dancer, this all-levels workshop is your chance to connect, express, and empower yourself through movement.

• Time: 2-4PM & 6-8PM
• Location: Divine Alchemy Yoga Studio - 247 Thain Road, Suite 107, Lewiston
• Tickets: $30
• Ages: 18+

💃 What to Expect:

• Intro to pole dance, sensual flow, and body-positive movement
• No judgment, no pressure — just movement, music, and empowerment
• Community-centered, inclusive space for all expressions and identities

✅ What to Bring:

• Water bottle (you’ll sweat!)
• Clothing you feel confident in – shorts for pole grip, tank/sports bra encouraged
• Bare feet or heels (heels are optional)
• A towel or grip aid (optional)

Absolutely no dance or pole experience required. You are welcome exactly as you are. This is a space to grow, try something new, and move without fear.
