Come join us for a fun and energizing workout every Monday his Summer! Our Zumba and Mat work classes are perfect for getting your heart rate up and toning your muscles. The 9-week program will help you stay active and healthy throughout the season. Don't miss out on this opportunity to improve your fitness and have a great time with others. DOOR ENTERANCE: Residence studio has a BLACK door by the wooden fence/gate. Enter there and join us upstairs. Door is next to the parking lot at Carwin Repair shop.

No experience needed. Bring Indoor running shoes, waterbottle, wear comfortable workout wear and maybe a sweat towel.

No refunds/exchanges. We can allow credit per case bases. Each class is taught by our AMAZING instructors and our facility is rented. Support local small biz. Thank you for undersanding.
