We are here on this planet to heal, so that we may come alive and truly thrive. As we align with our purpose, we invite more joy into our lives. To embody this fully, we must learn to harmonize the Fire and Water elements within us.Summer, the season of heat, is a beautiful time to cultivate joy. Yet the intensity of this season, too much fire and not enough water can create internal imbalances. These imbalances manifest as emotional and mental inflammation.This inflammation is a resurgence of unfinished energetic patterns, echoes of unprocessed wounds from the past. Since true healing doesn't come from thinking alone, this workshop offers a series of immersive experiences designed to balance Fire and Water, and cultivate joy.This Workshop will consist of:1: Somatic and polyvagal practices to cool the fires of inflammation in the “Emotional Brain”

2: Meditations and breathwork to strengthen the nervous system, regulate the metabolism and quiet the mind.3: "Cultivating Joy" exercises with a partner4: Traditional Chinese Medicine practices for decreasing inflammation and cool both body and mind6: Sound Bath healing
