Join Dr. Leanne Kendall, PT,DPT — Physical Therapist and skating performance specialist — and special guest, Claire Cerra, owner of the Skaters Edge, for a dynamic off-ice workshop designed for figure skaters of all levels who want to jump higher, spin faster, and skate pain-free.
This interactive session focuses on the biomechanics behind powerful jumps, fast spins, and injury prevention, with a special emphasis on the ankle, knee, and hip connection. Skaters will learn how to build strength, improve movement efficiency, and develop off-ice habits that translate directly to better on-ice performance.
Recreational, amateur, and competitive figure skaters ages 10 and up looking to level up their skills safely and smartly. Coaches and parents welcome to attend or observe!
