Dispense Whisperer
π: 10:55 AM - 11:45 AM
Dispense Whisperer
Host: Diana Walter
Info: As eyewear dispensers, we are faced with answering many questions as we meet with patients. What are the patientβs expectations of their new eyewear, how candidly or formal should our delivery be, and do we have an understanding of the eyewear itself are a few of the questions we ask ourselves within a split second of greeting the patient. Answering these questions and many others correctly can be the difference between seeing this patient again for a purchase, or never again. Customizing the dispense experience for the patient takes practice, requires preparation, and knowledge to navigate a successful dispense that leaves a positive memory in their mind
