Learn the secrets behind the perfect pie from one of Delray’s best! In this hands-on class, Aaron Schiffman of Delray Pizza will teach you how to make pizza like a pro — from dough stretching and sauce spreading to topping techniques and baking tips.

You’ll learn how to craft your own personal pizza and a chance to ask a pizza pro for tips on how to recreate that pizzeria-quality crust at home. Come hungry and leave with the skills to impress your family and friends.
