A Microgreen Workshop + Cooking Demo

Join us for a hands-on microgreens workshop at Plantiitas in Long Beach—Plantaire's very first in-store event! For just $25 per person, you'll learn how to grow vibrant, nutrient-packed microgreens using everyday materials and introduce everyone to Plantaire’s custom grow system.

Your ticket includes all planting supplies for the workshop, appetizers, drinks, and a take-home starter kit with three seed packets and a disposable grow tray so you can start growing at home right away. Whether you're new to microgreens or ready to expand your home garden, this event will be informative, interactive, and fun.

🔥 Live Cooking Demo: Spicy Radish Musubi: Experience the flavors of your harvest! Learn how to incorporate homegrown microgreens into a simple yet delicious dish. We’ll show you how to make a spicy radish musubi, perfectly paired with a suggested house drink (optional but highly encouraged 😉🍹).

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

George Cardenas, Founder of Plantaire, believes everyone should have easy access to sustainable nutrition.

Making healthy food every single day for all three meals sounded quite daunting. After much research, George realized the answer was microgreens. 40 times or more nutrition than a whole salad? He knew it was the perfect way to start.

After many trials and errors as a team, the Cardenas and Henson families developed the Plantaire Wall Garden (pictured above). Both families needed a space saving, aesthetically pleasing, simple and easy home garden.
