Run 40 with Medium Heat

Get your sway on at Slim’s August 10th from 9-11pm for Run 40 with Medium Heat! Run 40 is a Slow core folk country band from Knoxville, Tennessee. The band features Henry Pack and Jacc Moran, and their newest album, High Water, was recorded in rooms in the homes of Henry’s family. Medium Heat is an indie rock band from Raleigh with a mystic sound to them. They rock hard, medium, and soft original songs to inspire dynamic shoulder movement, heel bouncing, knee bending, arm waving, hand dancing, snorkeling, kite rental, all you can eat breakfast buffet, amenities, and more. Members are Jerry Bodrie on guitar, Kevin Rader-Rhodenbaugh on drums, Matt Wood on guitar and vocals, and Will Edwards on Bass.
