Jillian, the owner of Adirondack Charcuterie, will guide you through selecting the best meats, cheeses, and accompaniments to elevate your next picnic, BBQ, or patio gathering. Come sip, snack, and create in a cozy brewery setting... perfect for a sunny evening with friends!

• How to pair cheeses with meats, fruits, and other accompaniments
• How to create salami roses and salami rivers
• How to make kiwi flowers and strawberry fans
• How to cut and style a variety of cheeses
• How to artistically arrange your board for presentation
