About this Event

Join Instructor Melissa Carey for a transformative 4-week journey of trauma-informed yoga, either in-person at the Heart-Centered Yoga Studio or virtually on Zoom! This gentle, supportive practice is designed specifically for those seeking a grounding, mindful connection with their body.

Details:

Dates: This is a four-week series takes place on Mondays: August 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th

Time: 4:00 - 4:45 pm , please arrive by 3:50 pm for a prompt start

Registration Options:

1. $10 per class (choose your dates individually)
2. $25 total for all four classes

Location: Two options:

1. Virtually on Zoom
2. In-person at The Heart-Centered Yoga Studio

• In case of inclement weather, the class will shift to a virtual format for everyone's safety.

Participants: Open to all levels, including beginners

Additional Information:

• Yoga mats and props provided for in-person participants.
• All participants, regardless of attendance mode, are advised to consult with a doctor before joining any yoga class.

All participants must sign a waiver form before attending the Trauma-Informed Yoga series.
