3 Course Dinner Class
This is something new for Soule' Studio! For those who know me.. YES.. I am a foodie but beets have never been on the top of my list * Until now!!!
The first course is a simple and full of flavor salad.
*Fresh Rocket Arugula, Creamy crumbled Gorgonzola, Crisp Apple with a Dijon Herb Lemon Dressing, finished off with toasted Pistachios served on a parmesan crisp.
*Second course is Beet Gnocchi's, the flour we are using has no additives added and won't bloat or upset your stomach. (It will be like eating in Italy!) We will boil them first then a quickly sauté in Olive oil and Garlic. Just to add a crispy texture. Then add them to Sautéed Escarole, White Beans, Artichoke Hearts and Garlic. Finished off with Shaved Pecorino Ramano and Cracked Black Pepper.I am telling you! This dish is so flippin Yummy!
*Third Couse will be Simple Caramelized Stone Fruit with a Brulee Amaretto Sabayon.
I hope you can join us for this class. If bringing wine, I recommend a Pinot Grigio, Pinot Blanc or a light bodied Pinot Noir
