About this Event

Join us in community to hold space for yourself, down-regulate your nervous system, and experience true relaxation amongst all of life's everyday stressors.

Enjoy a donation-based 60-minute sound bath of multi-instrument sound healing by Ryan Warner with 8 quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed.

After the sound bath, feel free to ask any questions about sound healing, reiki, or meditation. Please note there will be no hands-on energy work.
