This Full Moon aligns with the powerful Lion’s Gate Portal, a cosmic event that occurs when the Sun is in Leo and aligns with the star Sirius and Orion’s Belt, creating a high-frequency energy gateway for spiritual growth and manifestation.

🧘 What to Expect: This Full Moon Beach Yoga monthly series was created to bring together like-minded people who love yoga, the beach, and the magic of the moonrise. This class is open to all levels, no prior yoga experience needed!

We will flow through an all-levels yoga class on the sand under the full moon, with breathwork and grounding practices to harness the Lion’s Gate energy. After class, stay for a powerful letting go ceremony, and time for connection, reflection, and integration.

What to Bring: large blanket or beach towel, reusable water bottle, a friend and your radiant energy ✨

Pro Tip: Lay down your large blanket or sheet first, then place your mat on top for extra comfort and less sand.

💫 Details: this is a free community event | All levels + all ages welcome | Arrive 10–15 minutes early to find parking and settle in | Metered parking or annual permits available through Indialantic Town Hall
