About Swine Dining
Chef Sabrina Brzusek specializes in creating custom menus and events for any occasion with a particular focus on using local ingredients. From intimate fine dining meals in your home, to large wedding, corporate events, and pop-ups. Chef Sabrina and her crew are here to serve you with big smiles, lots of love and delicious food!
Chef Sabrina began her culinary journey after graduating from University of Washington. She has since amassed quite the culinary resume. She has worked at many iconic Seattle area restaurants including Cafe Presse, Osteria La Spiga, Matt's in the Market and in the kitchens of Tom Douglas and Ethan Stowell. Most notably, Sabrina was the first female Sous Chef at Canlis Restaurant.
After years of learning from the best chefs in the city shed decided to strike out on her own...and Swine Dining Catering was born!
