About this Event
Test your mettle against the Tomb of Horrors, a notoriously deadly dungeon designed by the very creator of Dungeons and Dragons, Gary Gygax, to torture his friends and K*ll off their favorite characters. See how long your character(s) can last through this dangerously rigged death trap brought into the setting of 5e rules. Our Dungeon Master, Robert, will put you through, what is affectionately known as "the meat grinder" as you test your creativity and gaming prowess to outsmart this dungeon built to murderize your poor level 1 characters.
Please prepare MULTIPLE level 1 characters to play as you will inevitibly need a backup character(s) if one of yours should perish. Typically, this dungeon is run at much higher levels but for the sake of ease (as creating level 10-15 characters takes MUCH longer) we will be running this with level 1 characters. This should cause you to be as resourceful as possible. Take only what you need and what will be helpful in this most deadly of dungeons!
Players will get to explore this dungeon in the comfort of our immersive private gaming room outfitted specifically for RPGs and adventuring. It comes equipped with manuals, miniatures, terrain, and many tools that players might need for their game. Players are welcome to run their characters on paper, on D&D Beyond, or another platform they prefer. Players are welcome to bring any gaming gear they prefer to use (dice, dice tray, miniatures, etc.) but it is not necessary as we can provide you with all of the tools that you will need while visiting our gaming room. Extra level 1 characters can also be provided upon request but will be available on paper only.
