Tribal Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program (THHAP)

This funding provides approximately $28.5 million in flexible grant funding to be available for California Federally Recognized Tribes to support efforts to prevent and end homelessness in their communities. The Tribal Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention program NOFA will be released in the coming weeks.

Tribal Multifamily Super NOFA Program (Tribal MFSN)

This funding provides the first Tribal Multifamily Finance Super NOFA with approximately $50 million available. Tribal applicants will have the opportunity to apply for more than one funding program at the same time and same round, which include the Multifamily Housing Program and the Infill Infrastructure Grant program.
