In this late-summer gathering, we look up and out—beyond the busy days of the season and into something wider, quieter, and more spacious.
This sound bath invites you to pause and reflect, to feel the arc of the season behind you, and to rest in the mystery of what lies ahead. With crystal singing bowls and intention we’ll open a doorway to stillness, perspective, and inner calm.
Let this be your spacious exhale—a time to zoom out, soften inward, and float in the quiet between seasons.

6:00 – 6:15 Arrival, Get Cozy, Optional Journaling Prompts + Optional Card Pull
6:15 – 7:15 60-Minute Sound Bath Journey
7:15 – 7:30 Slow Return, Light Refreshments + Connection
