Under the full Sturgeon Moon, we’ll gather to let go, clear emotional waters, and reconnect with our inner rhythm.
This sound bath is your invitation to allow a gentle but powerful shift to flow through you. Using crystal singing bowls and intention, we’ll create space for emotional clarity and calm restoration.
Let this be your personal tide shift—illuminating, grounding, and deeply nurturing.

6:00 – 6:15 Arrival, Get Cozy, Optional Journaling Prompts + Optional Card Pull
6:15 – 7:15 60-Minute Sound Bath Journey
7:15 – 7:30 Slow Return, Light Refreshments + Connection
