POST Dispatcher Test
About this Event
The POST Entry-Level Dispatcher Selection Test Battery (PELDSTB) is designed to measure aptitude for performing public safety dispatcher work. This test will measure your verbal abilities, reasoning, memory, and perceptual abilities.
POST regulations prohibit examinees from taking this test more than one time in any 30-day period from any testing site in the State of California. While reservations are preferred, we will accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis for any reservation no-shows (up to 25 total). Late arrivals will not be admitted. Dress attire is business casual.
A government-issued photo ID is required to participate, and plan to check in before the event start time. Parking is readily available at the Police Department, and the test will be held adjacent to our main lobby.
