Welcome to Restorative Yoga for Spine!
Come join me on Thursday, August 21, 2025 @11AM for a soothing yoga session focused on releasing tension and improving flexibility in your hips. This in-person event is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi.
Class will be led by Sienna of Grateful Yoga, who's love for yoga started when she was 4 years old! She discovered a deeper love for the anatomy, muscles, and connective tissues during her Kinesiology studies at Western Washington University. After early graduation, she continued her journey by cmpleting her first 200 hours of yoga training.
Restorative yoga is slow and rejuvenating for the body, holding each pose for longer. This allows you to sink deeper, creating more space within the muscles & fascia, releasing any built up stress & tension. Restorative yoga is done solely on the mat, with the addition of props to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
