49th Annual Real Runabouts Rendezvous at Lord Fletchers on Lake Minnetonka

WHEN & WHERE

The 49th Annual Real Runabouts Rendezvous takes place September 5th & 6th 2025 at Lake Minnetonka’s perfect venue, Lord Fletcher’s Old Lake Lodge. Lord Fletcher’s offers ample slips, great food and drink plus plenty of room for land displays, and is located at 3746 Sunset Dr, Spring Park, MN. 55384.

FRIDAY ACTIVITIES SEPTEMBER 5, 2025

Friday’s cruise and lunch are always a highlight of the weekend and not to be missed! The day starts at 9:00 am at the newly constructed Broadway docks adjacent to the Panoway walkway in downtown Wayzata, MN for a quick photo opportunity. We recommend launching your boat across the bay at the Grey’s Bay Public boat landing. From there, we’ll cruise Lake Minnetonka in parade formation, arriving approximately 11:00 am at Al & Almas waterfront Supper Club for a private group lunch. After lunch, cruise participants will have the option to continue an afternoon parade cruise, or to cruise on your own. After the cruise, you’re welcome to reload your boat, or tie up at the Lord Fletcher’s Old Lake Lodge docks (overnight at your own risk if you like). Please No Overnight Trailer parking. Then, we’ll regroup at Lord Fletcher’s for a Happy Hour with cash bar at 5 pm, and our private group Rendezvous Dinner at 6 pm.

Please note if the weather doesn’t cooperate and it’s too windy to muster at the Broadway docks in Wayzata, we'll make alternate plans to launch elsewhere and meet up at Lord Fletcher’s docks instead and cruise the more calm waters on the west side of the lake prior to lunch at Al & Alma's. Alternate plans will be communicated via email only so please check your email before you launch your boat.

SATURDAY ACTIVITIES SEPTEMBER 6, 2025

On Saturday, please launch your boat and arrive at Lord Fletcher’s docks by 8:00 AM. The boat show opens at 9:00 AM and runs until 3:00 PM, with awards at 2:30 PM. Please keep your boat at the dock until the end of the show so there is plenty to see for late-arriving spectators.

As a courtesy to our generous host Lord Fletcher’s, we ask that you not bring outside food or beverages.

VENDORS & JUDGING

Vendors will be invited to join us once again and boat judging is planned.
