Power Up Summer: Cardiff & Vale - St Fagan's day out incl. High Ropes

We invite young people aged 10-25YO from Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan to join us visiting St Fagan's for a day out including their high ropes

Our Power Up Summer Programme is LIVE!

Being creative, moving and socialising is a great way to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem - so we have planned a summer packed with it all, for free, for young people and young adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

This session we will meet at St Fagan's National Museum for a go at their high-ropes experience at 12.45 followed by a day out on the museum grounds with some games and snacks.

All young people and young adults aged 10-25YO are welcome - bring a friend if you'd like.

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

Please ensure you are contactable if you are a parent/guardian in case we need any consent/ disclaimers on behalf of the venues (e.g. for any outdoor exercise activities)

Participants must wear appropriately clothing and trainers for exercise and/or to possibly get dirty craftin, where applicable
