About this Event

Enjoy a 45 minute complimentary Mat Pilates workout from our founder, Lauren, where you will move through your entire body with minimal equipment. After class, enjoy a beer and avocado toast included with your ticket price!

Check-in begins at 9:15am and class will begin promptly at 9:30am. Bring your own mat and water! Grip socks or shoes are acceptable for this event. All other equipment will be provided!
