Celebrate the bounty of the garden! Join our hands-on cooking class and discover how to make Verdure Ripiene—stuffed eggplant, peppers, and summer squash—using fresh, seasonal produce. We’ll also create a vibrant panzanella salad, enjoy tempting appetizers, and end with a classic Italian dessert. All skill levels welcome, with plenty of tasting and recipes to take home.
Your experience begins with a pre-class social hour in Sala Del Vino. You'll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the class.
This cooking class is $90/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers.
* A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
