Join us for a hands-on, trauma-informed digital skills session. Whether you're starting from scratch or just need a confidence boost, this two-hour workshop is designed to empower you with the basics of using a device, getting online safely, and understanding key digital terms. No prior experience needed - just a willingness to learn.

• Warm welcome and grounding exercises to ease in
• Step-by-step support with operating devices, using a mouse/keyboard
• Learning how to connect to wifi and browse the internet safely
• Scam awareness and online safety tips
• Fun, interactive activities including quizzes and group reflections
• A free workbook to take home, plus signposting to further support
