From 4pm to 6pm, gather under the raw, open air of the pavilion.
The bar is stocked with the finest whiskeys, bourbons, and cocktails, poured heavy and served with a nod.
Master chef Eddie delivers a spread of hearty appetizers and bold hors d'oeuvres, built to pair with every drag and sip.
Those who want to keep the night rolling can stay for dinner in the dining room, where Chef Eddie’s menu brings the same unapologetic intensity.
Whisky & Smoke is your weekly escape into mountain-town swagger, where the pavilion’s raw timbers and open air set the stage for a night of grit and glory.

Where: The private pavilion at The Falls at Blue Ridge.
Dress Code: Cocktail casual, avoiding flip flops and jeans. Come comfortable in tailored shorts, crisp polos, or open-collared shirts that keep you cool in the mountain heat. A light and cool dress for ladies is appropriate, think Martha Stewart's coctail parties.
