Release of Liability and Media Consent
By reserving a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of any child(ren) I am registering. I understand that each child attending must be registered individually.
- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event and release ClockedIn and the Douglas Dollarhide Community Center, their staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur during activities on the premises. I accept full responsibility for myself and any child(ren) in my care.
- I understand that this event may be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. I hereby grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice (and that of any registered child) to be captured and used in any media now known or later developed, without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such media. If I prefer not to be filmed or recorded, I understand I should refrain from participating.
By proceeding with registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Release of Liability and Media Consent.
