The lunch and learn will be an opportunity to learn more about male mental health and Andy’s Man Club.
ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. They want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
They operate a network of face-to-face groups nationwide, as well as online groups for people who are further afield.
Their groups are free of charges and bookings, completely confidential and a place that is free of any judgement – you can simply turn up, and talk as much or as little as you desire with no pressure.
