SheJumps x Nomad Sports | Group Ride & Tailgate Talk on Teton Pass | WY
About this Event
Join She Jumps and Nomad Sports for a social, no-drop pedal up Old Pass Road to the Jimmy’s Mom trail, followed by beverages and conversational info session, touching on everything from what to pack for and how to fuel during your rides!
What to expect: Riders will meet at the base of Old Pass Road (otherwise known as the Trail Creek trailhead parking lot) to gear up and pedal out together at a chill, no-drop pace. The connection to the “Candyland” section of Jimmy’s is about a two mile climb that gains around 1,000 feet in elevation, so please be realistic about what you’re up for, physically - but please, also, don’t sell yourself short!
No one should skip this ride just because they’re worried they’ll be “slow.” Once on Jimmy’s, the downhill will also be no-drop, stopping whenever the group wants to take a look at and/or session trail features. This is a great ride opportunity for both folks that already love biking the pass as well as those that have been curious to give it a go and are looking for a supportive community to get out with!
We’ll end back at the cars for a lil’ tailgate talk with beverages - N/A and adult - in hand! We'll talk gear, snacks, packs, and anything else you might be curious about when it comes to mountain biking.
This event is open to all women, cis-gender and trans-gender, as well as non-binary people.
In our goal to make the outdoors more accessible and get more folks on bikes and outside, this event is free with a suggested $10 donation if it is within your means.

Parking and getting to the event: There is a decent amount of parking at Old Pass Road but carpooling is always encouraged to make space for other public lands users!
