About this Event

One of the secrets to great Italian cuisine is fresh ingredients! While gardens and farmers markets are bursting with the season's bounty, Chef Antonio seizes the opportunity, transforming the fragrant and fresh herbs found in the garden into a delicious midsummer dinner. Learn to use herbs Italian-style in dishes including:


  • Tomato-Basil Bruschetta
  • Angel-hair pasta with Basil Pesto
  • Marinated Herb Chicken
  • Colored Squash, Venetian-style
  • Watermelon with Feta and Mint

Your experience begins with a pre-class social hour where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the class.

This cooking class is $90/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers.

Required: A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class.

* Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.


ABOUT COOKING CLASSES AT VILLA BELLEZZA: Get ready to experience the wine and food of Villa Bellezza in a whole new way! We invite you to join us on a culinary tour of Italy at our new Education Center. Through a series of cooking classes, you will discover the food and wine of Italy with Villa Bellezza Chef, Antonio Cecconi, as your guide and instructor.

Chef Antonio is excited to share his skill and expertise with you, a few of his mother's recipes, as well as his love for his homeland. This is your opportunity to eat your way across Italy!
