What To Expect: This 10-week mind-body series is designed to support women in navigating menopause with clarity, confidence, and community. Led by holistic health coach Jennifer Agnew and rooted in lifestyle medicine, the program blends practical tools, hormone education, and real-life strategies—so you can feel like yourself again (or maybe even better).Together, participants will explore nutrition, sleep, mindset, movement, and the science behind your changing body—all in a space that celebrates this powerful new chapter.

  • Registration: Please register for each of the 10 weeks individual (not one time for the whole series)

*Participants are encouraged to attend as many of the 10 sessions as possible, as there will be different topics and areas of discussion each week.


SAMPLE TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • What’s happening to my hormones - explore how hormone shifts impact mood, sleep, metabolism, and more
  • Decoding the symptoms - learn to identify the full range of symptoms and reduce fear, shame or confusion but connecting them to the root causes and getting the help you need
  • Midlife body, midlife journey - learn how important food, movement, sleep and stress impacts hormone balance and explore practical ways to incorporate a new approach
  • Rewrite your menopause story - celebrate this shift and turn this transition into the greatest years of your life

About Jennifer Agnew: Jennifer Agnew is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness/Menoppause Coach and founder of Healthstyled. After nearly 20 years in the fashion industry, she experienced firsthand how midlife and shifting hormones can impact every part of a woman’s life. Now, she helps women move through menopause with strength, clarity, and connection—using lifestyle medicine and real-life tools to support both body and mind. Her work centers on helping women feel better in their bodies, reduce symptoms, and feel more connected to themselves and each other.
