Join KĀLON Apothecary, founder and holistic health coach Jessica Allen, alongside special guest Ashley Hardy, certified personal trainer and founder of FitChick Motivation, for a transformative wellness workshop blending education, movement, recovery, hydration, and community.

This isn’t your average fitness class—this is a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience where you’ll walk away with a wealth of knowledge on muscle health. You’ll discover why muscle is critical for aging well and preventing disease, how to build and maintain it, and simple, free or low-cost ways to nourish and support your body along the way.

Then we’ll put it into action—experience a light, accessible movement session so you leave feeling empowered, energized, and equipped to start your muscle-building journey immediately. Following this session, we will embrace community and enjoy an herbal mocktail curated specifically with muscle recovery in mind.
