Come join us at Killiney Beach for a magical evening under the new moon! Experience the soothing power of sound healing and the joy of hula hooping under the night sky. Connect with nature and your inner self in this unique gathering. No experience necessary, bring an open heart
Give yourself the gift of deep rejuvenation this Cancer New Moon and Solstice. Awaken your intuitive senses and creative flame as you move through a potent blend of hula hoop dance, meditation, and sound healing. Reconnect to your internal guidance system and feel the spirit of connection with the earth and community as we align with the light of midyear and activate the light body within.
Take time in to gently release old patterns and emotional heaviness. Through embodied movement and sacred rest, we’ll honour the turning point of the year—clearing space for clarity, renewal, and radiant possibility. Please bring a yoga mat, shawl, notebook and pen, water or a warm drink, and wear cosy layers for sound healing.
