6th Annual SU2 Conference & Turbo Workshop

The foundation of the Open-Source multiphysics and design solver SU2 invites everyone to participate in this 6th edition of the conference.

SU2 Conference 29th-30th September

The conference will be in a mixed-format, taking place in Varenna/Italy, but joining virtually (for free) will be possible as well.

Everyone is welcome to join and encouraged to submit an abstract for active participation.

Registration Fees (In-Person Only):

Note: All up-to-date information are on the conference page linked on the very bottom of this page.

The registration fee covers the expenses for the conference venue and on-site food catering for all conference days. The registration fee does not include accommodation.

• 500 Euro for students & contributors
• 1000 Euro for professionals

In the registration process, please choose the [In-Person] ticket. The payment will be done through a 3rd party platform (i.e. not Eventbrite) and you will receive further information via email after registering. Note that this step is processed manually, and thus can take several days.

Refund policy: As the conference takes place in the near future, no guarantees can be made on refunds in case of cancellation, i.e. no refunds.

Registration for the Virtual Event:

Virtual participation at the conference will be for free. Simply register here on Eventbrite for the [Virtual] tickets and the necessary links to join the event will be shared with you by email some weeks/days ahead of the conference.

Turbo Workshop 1st-2nd October

The Turbo Workshop will take place right after the conference. Please take the information from the same conference page below. Neither in-Person nor Virtual participation will be free, albeit virtual is at a discounted rate. If you want to participate in the Turbo workshop please choose one of the two Turbo Workshop related tickets.

Just as for the conference (see above), payment will be done through the same 3rd party website and thus a direct payment on Eventbrite is not necessary.
