Enjoy a tasting menu of Pork & Cabbage Dumplings and Kung Pao Chicken with White Rice.
This is a special version of Kung Pao Chicken truer to traditional Chinese cuisine rather than Chinese-American style. Recipes will be provided along with a live cooking demonstration.
You will learn and get answers to:
1. Why you don’t need a Restaurant Jet Burner to turn out great food from a wok.
2. Which wok should I get and how do I season it?
3. Cooking techniques and how to achieve restaurant “Wok Hei” at home.
