What magic can happen when we’re given space to breathe, slow down, and just be? Sensual embodiment dance allows us to drop in differently.

About this Event

Sensual Embodiment Movement: Slowing Down & Creating Spark

The Why:

What magic can happen when we’re each given space to breathe, slow down, and be attuned to what feels good just for ourselves?

As women, some of us may hold on to the belief that our bodies are not enough, or are too much. You are invited to accept and celebrate every shape, size, curve, and ability in you and a room full of remarkable others for the sacred practice of sensual embodiment movement.

The What:

In sensual embodiment movement, we can:

  • Drop into self and deepen the connection and tenderness to ourselves.
  • Celebrate our beautiful bodies, hearts, and spirits.
  • Feel the invitation to evolve, expand, renew.
  • Witness ourselves and each other in a beautiful, supportive community.

Sensual embodiment is a freestyle movement and dance where deep presence, playfulness, and desire meet simultaneously....all with curiosity!

On Saturday, August 9th, we’ll build a sacred container to get curious, hold our bodies in reverence, move in ways that bring us back home to ourselves...and have fun!

If you’re curious about centering your own desire and what feels good to YOU, join us on August 9 from 2-4 pm! Please note that this is dedicated space for women-identified individuals.

What to Wear:

Whatever is comfy for you! Sweatpants, booty shorts, a fuzzy blanket is all welcome. We will have a "play portion" where you're invited to bring a button down shirt. You can do this practice barefoot, or wear socks. No heels required! :) Please bring a water bottle, journal, and a yoga mat.

Ticket Purchases:

While tickets are non-refundable, we encourage you to gift it to another amazing woman in your life.
