Winter in Melbourne can feel long, cold, and heavy, but there’s another way to meet it.
W A R M T H is a breathwork gathering designed to offer refuge, rest, and gentle reconnection in the heart of winter.
Through conscious breath and simple practices of presence, you’ll be invited to:
- Slow down
- Come home to your body
- Remember your natural capacity for care, calm, and connection
- This is not about pushing or performing, it’s about softening. We’ll breathe together, rest together, and remind ourselves (and each other) of the warmth we carry, even in the coldest seasons.
Let’s gather. Let’s breathe. Let’s remember warmth together.
This session is open to all—whether you’re new to breathwork or have an existing practice. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to yourself.
Contraindications for breathwork include heart disease, detached retina or glaucoma, diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm, epilepsy, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, and delicate pregnancy. If you have experienced recent trauma and feel emotionally tender, please take it slow and be gentle with yourself. Reconnecting with your body can feel overwhelming, and you are in control of your experience. If you prefer to simply be present, meditate, and speak with me afterward, you are more than welcome to do so.
What to Expect:

- Rest, reflection, and shared stillness
- A chance to gather in community, without pressure or expectation

- Comfortable, warm clothes - comfy socks!
- A yoga mat
- Blanket (optional)
- Water bottle
