About this Event

Visit Longmont is organizing a series of community talks to help Longmont prepare for the Sundance Film Festival’s move to Boulder in late January / early February 2027. These sessions are designed to:

• Offer insights and guidance for local businesses, hospitality providers, arts groups, and residents on how to best gear up for Festival visitors and events.
• Bring together key stakeholders to ensure a coordinated regional approach.

Visit Longmont is actively engaging the community through talks and coordinated planning so that when Sundance arrives in nearby Boulder, Longmont can serve as a complimentary destination. Our goal is to boost the local economy, elevate our cultural profile, and deliver an outstanding experience for both residents and visitors.
