This workshop will be tailored to 1st time homebuyers this includes anyone who has not owned or been on title for the last 3 years. We have a special guest speaker Leanne Walker from the California Housing Finance Agency. Leanne will be going over Down Payment Assistance and Closing Cost Assistance Program options, how it works, and eligibility requirements.
