Learn about the science behind preserving tomatoes and salsa safely, including fermentation and how to properly acidify them based on research-backed home canning techniques. Plus, participate in a hands-on experience as we prepare a fresh salsa together, along with a selection of unique, non-traditional salsas you’ve probably never tasted before!
