Schedule

• 10:00 AM — Meet at the concession stand + Light Stretch
• 10:15 AM — Group Run/Walk (choose your pace — 1 to 3 miles)
• 10:45 AM — Cool down + mingling
• 11:00 AM — Optional Beach Cleanup (we provide gloves + bags)
• 11:30 AM — Light refreshments + connection time
