Join us for an immersive coffee experience led by Simona Cafe’s coffee director. Whether you’re a casual drinker or a budding coffee enthusiast, this workshop will deepen your appreciation and understanding of what goes into the perfect cup.

You’ll learn multiple single-cup brewing methods while talking through the differences between natural, washed, and honey-processed beans. We’ll also guide you through the nuances of underextracted vs. overextracted coffee and how to avoid both.

Taste and compare our house blend, a seasonal single-origin, and a surprise third bean. Plus, attendees can add on a bag of specialty seasonal beans to keep the experience going at home.
