The Nourished Woman: A Half-Day Women's Wellness Retreat
About this Event
Welcome to The Nourished Woman: A Half-Day Women's Wellness Retreat ! Join Merritt Juliano and Meredith Chesrown at Sticks and Stones Farm for a rejuvenating experience tailored specifically for women moving through personal thresholds. Take a break from your daily routine and immerse yourself in a day filled with self-care, mindfulness, and connection with like-minded women. Our retreat offers a variety of workshops, activities, and discussions to help you blossom into the best version of yourself. Come and nourish your mind, body, and soul with us!
October is an ideal time to embrace growth and transformation as we shed layers of ourselves that no longer serve us and prepare for turning inward during the winter months ahead.
In this 3 hour retreat we will :
- Share sacred stories of transformation to cultivate community and resilience;
- Learn about particular plants that can provide support during transitional phases;
- Experience the healing power of forest bathing for purification and renewal; and
- Embark on a guided meditation journey and relax to a healing soundbath as portals to wisdom that lies within.
Each experience is designed to guide you in exploring deeper levels of the self as women in a dynamic, complex and often challenging world. A light snack and tea will be provided. You may wish to bring plant-based bug repellant for time spent outdoors.
