Sound Vibrations

This session will be a mix of restorative poses, guided meditation and sound therapy using crystal singing bowls, Kashi chimes, tuning forks and other sound healing instruments.

The session begins with restorative poses and a guided meditation to help settle you in to a state of rest and digest. We end with 45+-minutes of sound therapy.
