Shannon is going to talk about which herbs would work best in a beginners home herbal apothecary as well as talk about simple preparations you can make with the herbs to help keep your family healthy all year long. Shannon will chat about cultivated herbs as well as backyard weeds we all have growing in our lawns & gardens that have medicinal properties. Shannon will bring in plants so you can taste/see/smell as well as samples of some of their best selling products. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase a few selected products that Shannon will bring from the apothecary, which is located in Pompton Plains, NJ.
