About Our Guest:

Melissa is based out of Seattle, WA and has a master’s degree where she spent 20 years working in professional sports. She did rentals and flips on the side from 2005-2021. In 2020 she jumped fulltime into the real estate world as a Loan Officer for Conventus lending. She is no longer flipping, but currently hold 3 long term rentals and does passive investing and equity partnerships.

At Conventus in 2024 she funded 209 loans for investors, totally 118 million dollars

Melissa enjoys educating and supporting other investors.

She host a local womens meet up, She Invests Seattle, and does monthly teach ins on financing for various groups. Her passion Is helping other be empowered and confident.

Outside of the RE world she enjoys spending time with her 4 boys and 3 dogs, and outdoors with her husband.
