About this Event

Join us for a truly special event designed for both you and your dog. This unique sound healing journey offers a space to relax, connect, and share mindful time together—supporting the wellbeing of both you and your dog.

Sound healing uses calming tones and vibrations that can benefit everyone present. For humans, it helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. For dogs, the gentle sounds can soothe anxiety, lower stress levels, and create a sense of calm and safety. Sharing this experience can strengthen the bond you share with your pet by inviting you both to slow down and be fully present together.

We’re thrilled to be running this session inside Abney Park Cemetery at the Abney Park Café by Sabel—a peaceful space perfect for a calming experience.This event is offered in collaboration with Pet Shop on Wheels—literally a pet shop on wheels selling 100% organic dog treats. During the event, they’ll provide natural treats for your dog that you can offer to your furry companion before or during the session to help them settle, or take home to enjoy later.

What to expect:

• A guided sound healing journey for you and your dog
• A calm, supportive environment in a beautiful park café setting
• Organic treats from Pet Shop on Wheels
• Blankets and eye masks provided for extra comfort
• Please bring your own yoga mat, and you’re welcome to bring a small pillow for extra cosiness
• Your dog will be next to you throughout, but you’re welcome to bring their bed or blanket so they feel extra settled
• We do ask that if you know your dog is highly anxious or unlikely to settle in a group setting with other dogs, please consider whether this event is the right fit. A calm environment helps everyone—including you—get the most from the experience.

Please also remember this is a dog-friendly event, so expect that some dogs may bark or make a little noise during the session. We encourage everyone to come with an open mind and a compassionate attitude to share this special space together.
